Prismara SpacesHow-to guide
Sign in to Prismara Spaces
You sign in to Prismara Spaces with the same account you use for your other Prismara apps. Most people sign in with their Prismara Identity account. If your organisation still uses Microsoft Entra ID, you can sign in with your Microsoft work account instead.
Before you begin
Section titled “Before you begin”- You need an account that has access to Prismara Spaces. If you don’t have one yet, your organisation may create it automatically the first time you sign in with your work email address. Otherwise, ask your administrator.
- Have your passkey, security key or authenticator app ready. Prismara Spaces requires phishing-resistant multi-factor authentication.
- To sign in on a computer with Spaces Sync, you don’t type a password in Spaces Sync. You approve the computer from your browser instead. See Sync files to your computer.
