Prismara Mail overview

Prismara Mail is business email for your organisation, on your own domain — SovSec’s alternative to Exchange Online and Outlook. It runs on SovSec’s own mail service in the EU, completely separate from Microsoft, and people sign in with their Prismara Identity account.

• Email on your own domain, such as alex.muster@contoso.example.
• Calendars and contacts alongside your mailbox.
• One sign-in. Mail uses the same Prismara account as every other app, with the same multi-factor authentication.
• Shared mailboxes for addresses a team looks after together, such as support@contoso.example.
• Protection against spam and malicious messages, with suspicious mail reported to Prismara SOC for organisations that use it.

SovSec moves your mailboxes as part of the managed service, including the DNS changes your domain needs so that mail is delivered reliably and recognised as genuine. Until then, your organisation can keep using its existing mail service alongside the other Prismara apps.
