Prismara ReachOverview
Prismara Reach overview
Prismara Reach is remote monitoring and management (RMM) and remote desktop for your organisation’s Windows, Linux and macOS devices. To manage settings, compliance and apps on computers, phones and tablets, see Prismara Core — many organisations use both. You install a small agent on each device, and the device then appears in the Reach web console, where you can see its health, receive alerts and connect to it remotely to help a user.
Who it’s for
Section titled “Who it’s for”- IT teams that support their own organisation’s computers and servers.
- Managed service providers (MSPs) that look after devices for several customers.
- Users see Reach only when a technician asks to connect to their device, and they decide whether to allow it.
What you can do
Section titled “What you can do”- See all enrolled devices, whether they’re online, and their health at a glance.
- Set alert thresholds so you hear about problems such as low disk space before users do.
- Start an attended remote session with the user’s consent, or use unattended access for servers and unattended devices, where your organisation allows it.
