Prismara Prism is a password manager for your whole organisation. It keeps your sign-ins, passwords and other secrets in one place, fills them in for you on websites, and lets teams share the credentials they need without passing them round in chat or email. You sign in with your Prismara account, and you can use Prism in your browser, in the desktop app, or in the web vault at https://prism.prismara.eu.

Your vault is encrypted on your device before it is saved, so the passwords you store can’t be read by SovSec.

  • Save and fill in sign-ins. Prism offers to save a sign-in when you use it, and fills it in the next time you visit the site.
  • Generate strong passwords. Create a unique password for every site, without having to remember any of them.
  • Keep secure notes. Store other secrets, such as Wi-Fi details or software licence keys, as secure notes.
  • Share with colleagues. Share an item or a whole collection with the people who need it, and remove their access when they no longer do.
  • Stay locked when you step away. Prism locks after a period of inactivity. Where your device supports it, unlock with a passkey on your device or biometrics such as a fingerprint.
  • Manage it centrally. Administrators create collections, decide who can use them and set policies, such as how soon vaults lock, from Prism admin settings.

If you forget how to unlock your vault, ask your administrator; recovery depends on your organisation’s settings.
