Some Prismara apps don’t have a direct Microsoft equivalent — for example Prismara Desk for service management, Prismara ERP for services businesses and Prismara Reach for remote monitoring and support.

You don’t have to move everything at once. Prismara is designed so that you can adopt it app by app while you still use Microsoft:

• Sign-in. Prismara apps can use your existing Microsoft Entra ID sign-in until you move to Prismara Identity.
• Security. Prismara Endpoint Security can run alongside Microsoft Defender while you move across, and Prismara SOC can watch both Prismara and Microsoft signals.
• Files. Move team content to Prismara Spaces and personal files to Prismara Geode one team at a time.
