Prismara ERP overview
Prismara ERP runs the commercial side of a services business — from quoting work, to recording the time and costs that go into it, to invoicing the customer.
What you get

- Timesheets. Log time against projects and tasks, then submit it for approval.
- Resourcing. See who is booked on what, and who has capacity.
- Quotes. Build a quote for a customer and convert it to a project when it is accepted.
- Invoices raised from approved time and expenses.
- Expenses. Submit receipts and claim them back, or recharge them to the customer.
- Procurement for resale. Buy something for a customer and bill it on — for example a laptop or a software licence.
