Use the app launcher
Every Prismara app has an app launcher: a grid button in the top-left corner of the app header. It lists every app you are licensed for, so you can move from one app to another without signing in again.
Before you begin
Section titled “Before you begin”- Sign in to any Prismara app, or to your home page at
https://app.prismara.eu. See Sign in to Prismara.
Open an app
Section titled “Open an app”-
Select the app launcher (the grid of dots) in the top-left corner of the header.

Select the app you want, for example Prismara Talk.

The app opens in the same browser tab, at its own address, such as https://talk.prismara.eu.
Open an app in a new tab
Section titled “Open an app in a new tab”-
Select the app launcher.

Select the three dots on the app’s tile, then select Open in new tab.
You can also hold Ctrl (Cmd on a Mac) while you select an app, or middle-click it.
Pin your favourite apps
Section titled “Pin your favourite apps”Pinned apps appear at the top of the launcher.

Select the app launcher.

Select the three dots on the app’s tile, then select Pin to top.

To unpin it, select the three dots again, then select Unpin.
Your pinned apps follow your account to any device you sign in from.
If an app is missing
Section titled “If an app is missing”The launcher only shows apps you hold a licence for. If an app you need is missing:
- Sign out and sign in again, in case your administrator assigned it a few minutes ago.
- Ask your administrator to assign you a licence for the app. They can do this in Prismara Admin — see Manage users and licences.
Verify
Section titled “Verify”Open the app launcher and check the apps you expect are listed, with your pinned apps at the top.
