Prism saves the sign-ins you use on websites and fills them in for you next time. It can also create a strong, unique password whenever a site asks you to set one.

  1. Go to the website and sign in as usual.

  2. When Prism asks Save this sign-in?, check the Name, Username and Website.

  3. Under Save to, choose My vault, or a collection if the sign-in is shared by your team.

  4. Select Save.

To add a sign-in by hand, select the Prism icon > New item > Sign-in, enter the details and select Save.

  1. Go to the website’s sign-in page.

  2. Select the username box. Prism shows the matching sign-ins under the box.

  3. Select the sign-in you want. Prism fills in the username and password.

  4. Select the site’s sign-in button.

You can also select the Prism icon, find the item and select Fill. If the site asks for a one-time code that you store in Prism, Prism copies it so you can paste it.

  1. On a sign-up or change-password page, select the new password box.

  2. Select Generate password in the Prism suggestion list.

  3. To change the length or the kinds of characters, select Options. Your organisation may set a minimum.

  4. Select Use this password. Prism fills in the box and saves the password with the sign-in when you submit the form.

  1. Select the Prism icon > New item > Secure note.

  2. Enter a Name, such as Contoso guest Wi-Fi, and the details you want to keep.

  3. Choose My vault or a collection, then select Save.

Sign out of a site where you saved a sign-in, then open its sign-in page again. Prism suggests the saved sign-in under the username box.
