Prismara Admin overview
Prismara Admin is the admin centre for your Prismara organisation. It is SovSec’s alternative to the Microsoft 365 admin center: one place to decide who can use which Prismara apps, keep track of your licences, and check that every app is running as expected.
Open Admin at https://admin.prismara.eu and sign in with Admin sign-in at https://admin.prismara.eu/login. See Sign in to Prismara.
How your organisation is set up
Section titled “How your organisation is set up”Your Prismara organisation is set up for you, either by SovSec or by your managed service provider (your partner). Once it is ready, your own administrators manage it day to day in Admin.
- People and sign-in come from Prismara Identity. Each person’s account and sign-in details live there.
- Apps and licences are decided in Admin. A person can only open an app they hold a licence for.
- Microsoft sign-in is supported. If your organisation still uses Microsoft Entra ID to sign in, your people can keep doing so while you move to Prismara.
If a partner looks after your organisation, they can also administer it with the permissions you have agreed to. See Delegated administration.
What you can do in Admin
Section titled “What you can do in Admin”- Add users, block sign-in and remove people who leave.
- Assign and remove licences for each app, per user.
- See how many licences you have for each app, how many are assigned and how many are available.
- Check service health for every Prismara app and read incident messages.
- View usage reports, such as active users per app over the last 7, 30 or 90 days.
- Give people admin roles, so the right people can manage the right things.
- Review or remove the access a partner has to your organisation.
Admin roles
Section titled “Admin roles”Give each administrator the lowest role they need.
| Role | What it allows |
|---|---|
| Global administrator | Everything in Admin, including assigning admin roles and managing partner access. Keep this role to a small number of people. |
| User administrator | Add, edit, block and remove users, and reset their sign-in. |
| Licence administrator | Assign and remove licences, and see licence counts. |
| Helpdesk administrator | Reset sign-in and unblock users. Cannot add or remove users or change licences. |
| Reports reader | View service health and usage reports. Cannot make changes. |
