Install the Prismara Prism browser extension

The Prism browser extension saves your sign-ins as you use them and fills them in the next time you visit a site. Install it in each browser you use for work.
Before you begin
Section titled “Before you begin”- You need a Prismara account with access to Prismara Prism. If you can’t open
https://prism.prismara.euin your browser, ask your administrator to assign it to you. - Check that your browser meets the system requirements.
- On a managed work device, your IT team may install the extension for you. If it’s already pinned to your toolbar, go straight to Sign in to the extension.
- Only install the extension from the links on
https://prism.prismara.euor from your browser’s official extension store.
Install the extension
Section titled “Install the extension”-
Open Prismara Browser and select the Extensions icon in the toolbar.

Select Prismara Prism. In Prismara Browser, Prism is included and only needs to be turned on.

Turn on Prismara Prism, then select Pin to toolbar.

In Chrome, go to
https://prism.prismara.euand sign in. -
Select your profile picture, then select Get the browser extension > Chrome. The Chrome Web Store opens.

Select Add to Chrome, then select Add extension.

Select the Extensions icon in the toolbar, then select the pin next to Prismara Prism.

In Edge, go to
https://prism.prismara.euand sign in. -
Select your profile picture, then select Get the browser extension > Edge. The Edge Add-ons store opens.

Select Get, then select Add extension.

Select the Extensions icon in the toolbar, then select Show in toolbar next to Prismara Prism.

In Firefox, go to
https://prism.prismara.euand sign in. -
Select your profile picture, then select Get the browser extension > Firefox. Firefox Add-ons opens.

Select Add to Firefox, then select Add.

Select the Extensions icon in the toolbar, then select the settings icon next to Prismara Prism > Pin to Toolbar.

On your Mac, in Safari, go to
https://prism.prismara.euand sign in. -
Select your profile picture, then select Get the browser extension > Safari. The App Store opens.

Select Get, then Install.

In Safari, select Safari > Settings > Extensions, and select the checkbox next to Prismara Prism.

To let Prism fill in sign-ins on every site, select Always Allow on Every Website.

In Brave, go to
https://prism.prismara.euand sign in. -
Select your profile picture, then select Get the browser extension > Brave. The Chrome Web Store opens, which Brave uses for extensions.

Select Add to Brave, then select Add extension.

Select the Extensions icon in the toolbar, then select the pin next to Prismara Prism.
Sign in to the extension
Section titled “Sign in to the extension”-
Select the Prism icon in your browser’s toolbar.

Select Sign in with Prismara. A new tab opens the Prismara sign-in page.

Sign in with your Prismara account and complete multi-factor authentication if prompted. The tab closes and the extension shows Unlock your vault.

Unlock your vault. If your organisation allows it and your device supports it, you’re offered Unlock with passkey or biometrics, such as a fingerprint.

If the Prism desktop app is installed on the same computer, the extension asks whether to Connect to the desktop app. Select Connect so that unlocking one unlocks the other.
Verify
Section titled “Verify”Select the Prism icon. The pop-up shows My vault and any collections you have access to.
