Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use Prismara and this knowledge base, including people who use a keyboard only, a screen reader, magnification, voice control or high-contrast settings.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across Prismara web apps and this site. In practice that means we work towards:

• Every action being possible with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• Text and controls with enough colour contrast, in both light and dark themes.
• Meaningful labels for buttons, form fields and images, so screen readers announce them clearly.
• Layouts that still work when text is enlarged or the browser is zoomed to 200 %.
• Information never being shown by colour alone — for example, severity and status badges also carry a text label.
• Descriptive alternative text for every screenshot in these articles.

We test with automated tools and by hand, but we know we won’t catch everything. Some parts of Prismara may not yet fully meet this aim, and we fix problems as we find them.

If something in Prismara or this knowledge base is hard or impossible for you to use, please tell us. Raise a ticket through the support portal or email support@sovsec.com, with “Accessibility” in the subject.

It helps us if you include:

• The page address, or the product and screen you were using.
• What you were trying to do and what got in the way.
• The assistive technology, browser and operating system you use, if you’re happy to share it.
