Check service health

When people report that an app is slow or not working, check service health first. It shows whether SovSec already knows about a problem and what is being done about it.

  • You need any admin role, including Reports reader. See Admin roles.
  • Sign in with Admin sign-in at https://admin.prismara.eu/login.
  1. Select Health > Service health in the left navigation.

  2. Find the app in the list. Each app shows one of three statuses:

    Status What it means
Healthy The app is working normally.
Degraded The app is working, but some features may be slow or unavailable.
Incident There is a known problem that affects people using the app.
  3. To see only apps with a problem, select Show issues only.

  1. On Service health, select an app with the status Degraded or Incident.

  2. Read the incident details: what is affected, when it started, the current status and the latest update from SovSec.

  3. Select History to see earlier updates for the same incident.

You don’t need to raise a support ticket for an incident that is already listed. If your people see a problem that is not listed, contact support.

  1. On Service health, select Customise > Email.

  2. Turn on Send me service health notifications in email.

  3. Enter up to two email addresses, for example alex.muster@contoso.example.

  4. Choose the apps you want notifications for, and whether to include Degraded as well as Incident updates.

  5. Select Save.

On Service health, select Customise > Email again and check that your addresses and apps are saved. You receive an email the next time an incident is posted or updated for an app you chose.
