Sign in to Prismara

Prismara has two sign-in pages. Use the one that matches what you need to do.

Before you begin
Section titled “Before you begin”- You need a Prismara account. Your administrator sends you an invitation email.
- Have your multi-factor authentication (MFA) method ready, such as an authenticator app on your phone.
- Use a supported browser. See System requirements.
Sign in
Section titled “Sign in”-
Go to

Enter your work email address, for example
alex.muster@contoso.example, and select Next. -
Follow the prompts for your organisation’s sign-in method, then enter your password if asked and select Sign in.

When the Verify your identity prompt appears, open your authenticator app and enter the six-digit code, or approve the notification on your phone.

Select Verify. Prismara opens your home page with the apps you have access to.
Choose your language
Section titled “Choose your language”-
Select your profile picture or initials in the top-right corner.

Select Language.

Choose English, Deutsch (Österreich), Deutsch (Deutschland) or Deutsch (Schweiz).

Select Save. The page reloads in the language you chose.
Your language choice applies to your account only and follows you on any device you sign in from.
Sign out
Section titled “Sign out”-
Select your profile picture or initials in the top-right corner.

Select Sign out.

Close the browser window if you are on a shared or public computer.
Verify
Section titled “Verify”After signing in you see the Prismara home page with a tile for each app you can use. You can also go straight to an app at its own address, such as https://talk.prismara.eu, and switch between apps at any time with the app launcher. If an app you expect is missing, ask your administrator to assign it — see Manage users and licences.
