View and export SOC reports

Prismara SOC produces a report for each calendar month. It summarises incidents by severity and status, the time taken to respond, and the actions that are still open.

• You need access to Prismara SOC. All roles, including the read-only viewer role, can view and export reports.
• A month’s report is available after that month ends.

1. In Prismara SOC, select Reports.

2. If your organisation has more than one tenant connected, choose one from the Tenant selector.

3. Select the month you want, for example September 2026.

4. Read the report sections: Summary, Incidents by severity, Response times and Open recommended actions.

1. With the report open, select Export > PDF.

2. Wait while the PDF is prepared. Large reports can take up to a minute.

3. Your browser downloads the file, for example prismara-soc-report-2026-09.pdf.

Open the downloaded PDF and check the month and tenant name on the cover page match the report you selected.
